Receive the Tools Needed in Emergency Situations

This invaluable class provides parents and caregivers of infants with the tools to be prepared for emergency situations, including those that may require the use of CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation).  

The class is taught by a certified CPR instructor in accordance with American Heart Association guidelines. Topics include: 

  • How to administer infant CPR. 
  • How to clear an obstructed airway. 
  • General infant safety. 

Mount Auburn Hospital offers both in-person and virtual options for learning infant CPR. 

Virtual option 

The cost for the virtual class is $80 per couple. This is a hands-on class taught over Zoom. When you register for this class, you receive the American Heart Association's Infant CPR Anytime kit. It includes a baby learning mannequin for you to use during class and much more. This kit is included in your registration fee and is yours to keep.

  3. Fill out the online class registration form and submit it.
