Before Your Hospital Stay

Prepare for Your Visit

Be sure to talk with your care team before your hospital visit. Your doctor or nurse will explain what you can expect during your stay with us.

Before you arrive:

• Bring an accurate list of the medications you currently take.
• Bring a copy of your insurance card.
• Leave any valuables at home.
• Review our Patient's Rights and Responsibilities.

The O'Neill Admitting Department 

When you arrive, you will meet with a member of our admissions staff. We provide accurate, efficient and seamless intake services for day procedures as well as extended hospital stays.

We strive to give you the most optimized customer care. You can find the O'Neill Admitting Department in the Needham lobby.

Our admitting and patient registration hours:

• 6:30 am to midnight, Monday through Friday
• 7:00 am to midnight, Saturday and Sunday
