Cambridge, Mass. – Today, Mount Auburn Hospital announced the appointment of two new department chiefs. Lauren Curtis, MD, has been selected as the Chief of Hematology & Oncology and Lawrence Borges, MD, MPH, has been appointed Chief of Gastroenterology.

“I am very happy to be back at Mount Auburn and look forward to reconnecting with the residents of Cambridge and surrounding communities,” said Curtis. “Cancer affects everyone one way or another. I am excited to lead our department as we address the future of cancer care.”
