In-Person Breastfeeding Education Class
Breastfeeding benefits you and your baby. But it’s not always easy. Join our highly experienced lactation educator and other expectant parents to learn about the joys, challenges, physiology, and techniques of breastfeeding as you set yourself up for success.
In this class, you and your partner will learn about:
- Health benefits of breastfeeding
- Breastfeeding techniques
- Ways to prevent problems
- How to pump and store breast milk
- Returning to work
- Weaning
And you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and get answers.
This class lasts three hours.
The cost for this course is $90 per couple.
